Warranty Information

The Little Tikes Company stands behind the quality of its products and is dedicated to creating toys that are safe, durable, and enjoyable for families. To support this commitment, the company offers a limited express warranty to provide customers with added confidence in their purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and confirms that, when used under normal conditions, the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period beginning on the date of purchase or, for online orders, the date of delivery.

To request service under this warranty, customers must present valid proof of purchase or delivery. Acceptable documentation includes a dated sales receipt, gift receipt, or online order confirmation. These records are necessary to verify eligibility and determine whether the claim falls within the applicable coverage period. Requests submitted without appropriate documentation may not be approved.

All warranty determinations are made at the reasonable discretion of the Company. If a claim is found to be valid, the available remedies are limited to the Company’s choice of providing a replacement part, replacing the product, or offering an exchange for an item of comparable or similar value. No additional remedies are available under this warranty. Customers may also choose to contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased and inquire about that retailer’s return or exchange policy, which may allow for a refund or replacement at the retailer’s discretion.

This warranty is valid only when the product has been properly assembled, used, and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, neglect, accident, or failure to follow care and safety guidelines. Products that have been resold, transferred, or previously owned are not eligible for coverage. Normal cosmetic wear such as fading, scratches, scuffs, or surface marks that occur through ordinary use is excluded. Damage caused by battery leakage, unless directly related to a manufacturing defect, is also not covered. The Company is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from continued use of a product that is already damaged.

Some products carry specific warranty terms. Wet and dry inflatable bouncers are covered against defects in fabric for ninety days from the date of purchase. The blower included with these products is covered for defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase or delivery. Battery-operated ride-on vehicles, including character or themed models, are covered for defects in materials or workmanship for ninety days from the date of purchase or delivery. Proof of purchase is required for all such claims.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may be available depending on local or regional laws. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations described here may not apply in all cases. Where permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the same period as this express warranty.

For customers outside the United States and Canada, warranty service is handled through the original place of purchase. In these regions, customers should contact the retailer or distributor where the product was purchased for instructions and assistance with warranty support.
