MGA User Generated Content Terms of Use

These User Generated Content (UGC) terms outline how MGA Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliated companies may use creative materials you share online. When MGA contacts you via a social media platform regarding specific content and refers you to these terms, that content is considered UGC and is subject to this agreement. By responding as directed, you enter into a legally binding agreement with MGA, acknowledging that you understand and accept these conditions. Acceptance of these terms also incorporates MGA’s general terms of use and privacy practices. MGA may update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

By agreeing, you grant MGA broad permission to use the content you created, along with associated personal elements such as your name, online handle, voice, image, or likeness. This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual, and does not require MGA to pay royalties or additional compensation. MGA and its partners may use the content for advertising, marketing, promotional, or related business purposes across any media or technology, current or future. Minor edits or technical adjustments may be made without materially altering the meaning or integrity of the content.

Once permission is granted, MGA does not need further approval to use the content or your likeness. There is no guarantee that MGA will use the content, and its use does not imply endorsement or create a personal relationship. Decisions to feature content are entirely at MGA’s discretion.

By entering into this agreement, you confirm that you are legally an adult with the authority to grant these rights. You affirm that the content is your creation or that you hold all necessary rights, including permissions from any individuals appearing in the content. If minors are included, you confirm parental or guardian consent. You also represent that the content complies with applicable laws, does not infringe on the rights of others, and is free from harmful software or offensive material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGA and its partners are not liable for any damages arising from the use of your content, including indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify MGA against claims resulting from any breach of these terms on your part. By accepting these terms, you release MGA and its partners from claims related to your content, including unknown claims, and waive certain legal rights, including moral rights, over the content. Additional documentation may be required to confirm or enforce these rights.

These terms are governed by California law, with disputes handled in Los Angeles courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. MGA’s decision not to enforce a provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of rights. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically, as continued use of your content is subject to the current version.
